About me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I have been providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults since 2019. I have experience working with individuals and psychotherapy groups. I am a compassionate listener who is here to provide you with support and guidance to help so you may have a healthy, fulfilling life. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. Person-centered therapy is a non-judgmental approach that believes you, the client, know what change is best for you.

I have experience working with a variety of challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Career Counseling, Marriage Challenges, Divorce, and more.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University.

Additionally, I am the committee coordinator for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors of Maryland (LCPCM)’s Becoming a Professional Counselor in Maryland. This is a helpful guide for students, recent graduates, professionals, and supervisors on how to become a counselor in Maryland. It is available for free on the LCPCM’s website.
