About me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and groups.

I am a compassionate listener who is here to provide support and guidance to individuals so they can have healthy, fulfilling lives. I use a person-centered-approach: I strive to understand your point of view and take a non-judgmental stance.

I have experience working with a variety of challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Career Counseling, Marriage Challenges, Divorce, and more.

Additionally, I am the committee coordinator for LCPCM’s Becoming a Professional Counselor in Maryland. This is a helpful guide for students, recent graduates, professionals, and supervisors on how to become a counselor in Maryland. It is available for free on the LCPCM’s website.

In my free time I enjoy running, biking, hiking, and paddle boarding – anything outdoors. If I am not outside, I am often reading and enjoying a cup of coffee.
